From first contact to onboarding

Rai Way views talent acquisition as a strategic component in its evolution. We are looking for people who are proactive, skilled and ready to share our commitment to a digital and inclusive future.


Utilising selective processes focused on fairness, impartiality, and merit appreciation, we develop an organisation ready to address the challenges of innovation, enriched by a variety of experiences and backgrounds.

Each selection is conducted in full accordance with equal opportunities legislation, as per the current regulatory framework.



Our selection process

The Human Resources department manages the whole procedure, maintaining transparency and offering assistance, including during remote selections.

START - Talent Attraction

To attract young professionals and specialists to our company, we initiate targeted recruitment efforts through various channels: job postings in our Work with Us section, collaborations with universities and institutes, participation in Career Days, and partnership agreements. For management and specialist roles, we rely on specialised headhunting companies

APPLICATION – Application Submission

Job opportunities are published on our Website under the section Work with us, where you can fill in the form and attach your CV. Each job ad provides candidates with all the necessary information. Unsolicited applications are stored in our database for 12 months and considered for future needs.

A dedicated channel is available for workers from protected categories (L.68/99), facilitated by the appropriate offices

INTERVIEW - Knowing and evaluating each other

The selection process may include online multiple-choice tests, psycho-aptitude tests and interviews. Specifically:

  • Cognitive-motivational interview by Human Resources, to deepen the candidate's soft skills and motivation;
  • Technical-professional interview: conducted by an internal commission, with a trade union observer to guarantee impartiality
HIRE - Feedback and onboarding

At the end of the selection process, a ranking is drawn up based on the scores obtained in the tests. Every candidate is informed of the outcome, irrespective of the result.
New employees are guided through their onboarding journey with personalised initiatives that make their integration into the corporate environment easier



Welcome on board: Rai Way onboarding

Joining Rai Way is a journey accompanied and based on attentiveness.

From day one, new colleagues are supported by digital tools, training and onboarding activities.

The Welcome On Board project - accessible via the company intranet - accompanies new hires from the welcome phase to follow-up, promoting a sense of belonging and shared growth.

A relocation bonus is available for newly hired individuals from other regions to aid in settling at the new work location and to cover initial costs.
