Rai Way's training initiatives are guided by the Digital Learning Plan, an annual framework that details and logs the development and implementation of educational programmes. An integrated approach that originates from both technological and business priorities, skill-mapping processes, and the needs outlined by diverse departments.
Rai Way invests in the growth of skills to accompany the digital and organisational evolution of the company, promoting the professional development and active participation of its people.
In the Sustainability Plan 2024-2027, there is an objective dedicated to building a training system that enhances leadership at all levels of the organisation.
The courses, intended for all staff, are categorised into three primary areas:
- Cross-cutting training on health, safety, ethics and compliance.
- Skills enhancement, with a focus on hard and soft skills in line with the Rai Way leadership model.
- Sustainable and inclusive culture, with initiatives also targeting the school world and local communities, such as the Percorsi per le Competenze Trasversali e per l'Orientamento (PCTO) (Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation) in cooperation with the ELIS Consortium, and the 'Role Model' project, which involves female managerial roles from Rai Way in the promotion of STEM disciplines.
