The social dimension of our sustainability

Rai Way promotes a vision of sustainability that places people, communities and partners at its core.

The Sustainability Plan 2024-2027

The Sustainability Plan defines strategic objectives aimed at generating shared value through measurable actions:

  • ensuring health, safety and well-being for all employees;
  • contributing to the social, cultural and technological development of local communities;
  • building an ethical and sustainable supply chain, consistent with ESG criteria.
