Rai Way renews Top Employer Certification 2023

Rai Way has been awarded Top Employers Italia certification for the seventh consecutive year, once again attesting to the Company's constant pursuit of excellence in HR policies and practices.

The certification, based on independent research conducted by Top Employers Institute, confirms in particular the company's distinctive character in the areas of Business and People Strategy and Organisation & Change, as well as the value component of Ethics & Integrity, Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability.


Stefania Cinque, Rai Way's Chief Human Resources Officer, remarked that ''Top Employer certification acknowledges the importance of human capital in the company's vision, together with the Company's commitment to and focus on creating an increasingly sustainable, innovative working environment, capable of reacting to external developments and ongoing changes of a social and technological nature, and thus turning them into stimuli and opportunities.
