Independent auditors
The company in charge of the legal auditing of Rai Way's accounts, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 39 of 27 January 2010, is PricewaterhouseCoopers S.p.A., with registered and administrative office in Milan, at Via Monte Rosa No. 91.
The appointment has a total term of nine years and will expire on the date of approval of the Annual Report at 31 December 2022.
