Born in Verona in 1955, he has a degree in Statistical and Actuarial Sciences.
In 1978, he was a researcher at Cresme and in 1979 he was chosen as assistant controller in the Planning and Control Department of Sigma Tau SpA. Between 1981 and 1991 he worked at IRI, in the Inspectorate and Management Control and then in Planning and Control Department, where he was involved in the evaluation and control of plans, budgets, financial statements, investment projects, purchase and sale of companies and specific audits, with reference, in particular, to companies of the Finmare and Fincantieri groups and - later - Finmeccanica and Alitalia groups. He also held the positions of Statutory Auditor and Board Member in several IRI companies: Italia di Navigazione, Cantiere Navale Luigi Orlando, Grandi Motori Trieste, Sisma, Ansaldo Componenti and Elsag. He joined Rai in 1991 as Head of the Structure for the verification of objectives and management actions (Management Analysis and Reporting) of the General Inspectorate and, three years later, he was appointed Head of the Planning, Budget and Control Structure of the Rights Management Directorate. From 1995 to 1996 he worked in the General Management Staff as the person responsible for checking the regularity of acts and compliance with procedures for operations falling within the competence of top management. In 1996 he assumed responsibility for the management support of Rai1. In 1998 he joined Rai Sport, where he coordinated the administrative-managerial tasks related to the company's divisionalisation process. In the same year he was controller of the TV Division Canale 3 and Related Offers. In 2004 he became Head of the TV Area organisational unit of the Finance and Planning Department. In August 2012, he was assigned the position of Head of the Chairman's Secretariat and in September of the same year he became its Deputy Manager. Starting from December 2015, he was Deputy Manager of the General Manager's Staff, with responsibility for the Structure in charge of economic, technical-specialist and contractual analyses. From August 2016 to February 2017, without prejudice to his position as Deputy Manager of the General Manager's Staff, he was also assigned interim responsibility for the Internal Auditing Department. From December 2017 to March 2019, he served as Head of the General Manager’s Staff, a Department that has been referred to as the Chief Executive Officer’s Staff since August 2018. As of July 2019, he has been appointed Head of the Structure in charge of Sustainability Report.

Since 27 April 2022, he has been Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rai Way S.p.A..

Born in Livorno in 1964, he graduated in Industrial Technology Engineering with an economic-organisational focus (Management Engineering) from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1991. In 1992, he joined Italstrade S.p.A., a leading company in the design and construction of civil, industrial and infrastructural works, as assistant to the Purchasing and Logistics Director. From 1994 to 1995, he managed the Purchasing and Production department at Agenzia ANSA, Italy’s first information agency, where in the two following years he was appointed to the position of Manager of Strategic Planning. In 1998, he joined RAI — Radiotelevisione Italiana S.p.A. as Services Offer Manager of the Transmission and Broadcasting Division. Since 2000, the year of the merger by incorporation of the RAI Transmission and Broadcasting Division into Rai Way S.p.A., he has been in charge of the company's Commercial Department, with direct responsibility for marketing and sales activities, focusing on the development of co-siting and tower rental offers for mobile network operators in order to ensure the full exploitation of Rai Way's assets and infrastructures. Since 2006 he has also been responsible for the RAI/Rai Way service contract. In 2007, he was appointed General Manager by the Board of Directors of Rai Way - a position he was confirmed in for two further terms, in 2012 and 2014 - with responsibility for commercial activities towards Rai and third party clients, the design, development and operation of networks and IT, procurement of goods, services, works and real estate contracts. From 2008 to 2012, he coordinated the activities related to the transition project to digital terrestrial television networks of RAI, completing the switch off of analogue TV networks and ensuring the simultaneous activation of digital networks. In 2014, in his role as General Manager, he took part in the process of listing Rai Way on the Telematic Stock Market of the Milan Stock Exchange, overseeing, in 2015, the transition of operational and business processes in order to adapt them to the new and complex corporate governance connected with the new status of listed company, with a view to improving the Company's positioning on the market.

Starting April 2017, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Rai Way.

Born in Rome in 1960, he graduated in Electronic Engineering at Sapienza University of Rome. He has a long experience in the telecommunications sector as Executive manager, covering, in particular, the role of Chief Executive Officer of Olivetti Group from 2015 to 2018 and Telecom Italia Sparkle from February 2012 to March 2013 and then from April 2018 to March 2019. He is currently Business Angel and Member of Italian Angels for Growth (association of Business Angels) and Senior Representative for Match-Maker Ventures. He is a member of ABIE (Blockchain Imprese ed Enti association, federated by Confindustria Digitale), of the LUMSA Steering Committee for the degree course in Computer Techniques for Data Management and of the Advisory Committee ERS (Ethics, Responsibility, Sustainability) at the LUISS business School. Since June 2020, he has been an independent member of the Board of Directors and the Control Management Committee of EEMS Italia S.p.A.

Since 24 June 2020, he has been a Director (Independent) and Chairman of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee of Rai Way S.p.A.

She is a certified accountant registered in the Milan Register of Certified Accountants. Born in Treviglio (BG) in 1966. She graduated with honours in Economics and Commerce from the Bocconi University of Milan. She has extensive experience in advising on tax matters with particular reference to international tax law and listed companies operating in highly regulated sectors such as motorway concessions and multi-utilities in the energy, water and gas sectors. From 1990 to 1993, she was first Junior and then Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen SpA and from 1993 to 2003 Senior Manager at the Legal and Tax Consultancy Firm linked to Arthur Andersen. She was a Standing Auditor and member of the Supervisory Board of S.I.A.S. S.p.A., a listed company operating in the motorway network management sector, Medio Credito Centrale-Banca del Mezzogiorno, ACSM-AGAM S.p.A, a listed company operating in the utilities sector, Idea Fimit Sgr, now Dea Capital Real Estate Sgr, an asset management company operating in the real estate fund management sector. Within the Italian Association of Certified Accountants she is currently Chair of the Commission for Standards of Conduct, member of the Steering Committee and researcher of the Commission for the examination of compatibility of tax rules with EU law. She is also a member of the Equal Opportunities and Governance of Listed Companies Committees for the Milan Ordine dei Commercialisti e degli esperti contabili (Association of Certified Accountants and Accounting Experts). She has participated as a speaker in several tax-related conferences. She holds the position of Standing Auditor in joint stock companies such as Humanitas Centro Catanese di Oncologia, A2A Security as well as in the listed DeA Capital SpA and the latter's subsidiary DeA Capital Partecipazioni; she is a director of Industriaumbra S.p.a.

Born in Rome in 1960, she has a degree in Electronic Engineering and has been working for Rai since 1987.
She joined the company at the former Technical Department following selection for engineers, then assuming responsibility for "Technical Plans, Feasibility and Planning New Services".

In 1993, she moved to the TV Production Centre in Rome, where she was in charge of "Planning, Control and Development". In 1997, within the Television “Shooting" Structure of the Production Centre of Rome, she was appointed manager, responsible for "Internal Shooting". A year later, she assumed responsibility for "Production Analysis and Control" within the TV Production Division. In the same Division, in 1999, she was appointed Head of "Industrial Planning and Programming". In May 2000, she was appointed Manager of the Production Centre in Rome and two months later she was appointed Deputy Manager of Rai2, in charge of coordinating activities related to the area of industrial planning and programming, assuming, shortly thereafter, responsibility for the planning of production facilities. In December 2003, she was called to the General Management Structure as responsible for the coordination of technological and production aspects related to the digital terrestrial project, subsequently becoming Head of the dedicated Structure. In 2007, she became Deputy Manager of Rai2 with responsibility for "Programming, Marketing and Product Innovation". Between 2009 and 2013, she was Deputy Manager of the "Product Innovation" Department within the TV “Programming and Marketing”. In February 2013, she was appointed Deputy Manager of Rai1 for “Programming, Marketing and Product Innovation”, to which she was later added the interim of the Cinema and Fiction Structure. Between 2015 and 2017, she was Deputy Manager for Cinema and Fiction of Rai1, Deputy Directorate which, in July 2017, incorporated again also “Programming Scheduling and Marketing”. In October 2017, she was appointed Head of Rai Gold in which role she was assigned interim responsibility for Rai4 and Rai Italia. Since May 2022, she has been a board member of Tivù S.r.l..

Since 27 April 2022, she has been a Director of Rai Way S.p.A..

Born in Milan, in 1962, she earned a degree cum laude in Business Economics from the University of Bologna. She has a Director of Italgas S.p.A. since March 1 2022. From January 1988 to March 1995, she was a Management Consultant dealing with projects in the areas of Strategy, Marketing and Organisation for large clients operating mainly in the transport, construction, ICT and Public Administration sectors. In 1995, she joined the Ferrovie dello Stato Group where she was first Head of Marketing in the Commercial Department (TAV), then Director of Strategy and Planning (RFI) and finally Central Director of Strategy, Planning and Systems until December 2015 (FS). From December 2015 to September 2017, she was Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Trenitalia SpA of which she had already been a Board Member since August 2012. In 2017, she returned to Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane SpA as Central Director of Governance for Foreign Investments, a position she held until December 2018. She was member of various Boards, including as Chair, of FS Group companies in Italy and abroad. Former member of several Committees of Confindustria, member of the Infrastructure Commission, Project Manager of the European Performance Regime project and Chair of the High Level Passenger Meeting of the UIC (Union Internationale des Chemins de fer), Chair of the Technical Group Infrastructure for Transport and Logistics of Unindustria Lazio. She has been appointed to teach within the Master of II level “Engineering of infrastructure networks and logistics” at the Telematic University Pegaso and has been a member of the Advisory Board of LUMSA since May 2017. She served as General Manager of the Abruzzo Region from September 2019 to February 2022.

Born in Rome in 1965, attorney. He graduated cum laude in Law in 1987 and then obtained a Master's Degree in Law from Columbia University School of Law in 1988. Between 1986 and 2000 he joined Borsa of Consob (1986-1987); the legal office Stroock & Stroock and Lavan of New York (1988-1989); the Corporate Finance Department of Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York (1989-1990) and London (1990-1991); the Legal, Holdings and M&A department of Finmeccanica St Sgs-Thomson Microelectrics (1992-1995) and was Managing Partner at ICFA International Corporate Finance Advisers (1996-2000). From 2001 to 2006, he was a partner in Deminor International, responsible for Italy for Deminor Investment Management and Chairman of Deminor Italia. From 2006 to 2013, he represented Amber Capital in Italy and was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of the Investment Committee of Amber Capital Lp and Amber Capital Italia Sgr. He was appointed Independent Director and member of the Internal Supervisory Committee of Vincenzo Zucchi S.p.A., Independent Director of Vianin Lavori S.p.A., as well as common representative of the savings shareholders of FIAT S.p.A., Independent Director and member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee and the Litigation and Control and Risk Committee (from 2012 to 2016) of Parmalat S.p.A. and Independent Director of Sorgenia S.p.A. He was Professor of Private Law at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Siena (1999-2006) and of Corporate Governance at the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin (2008-2011), as well as Visiting Professor of Law and Corporate Governance at the University of Western Ontario (2007) and Research Assistant at Columbia University School of Law in New York (1988-1989). He is the author of several publications in the area of corporate governance and regulations of financial markets and has spoken at several academic conventions and professional international seminars. He chairs Italian Independent Investment Partner SGR.

Since 28 April 2017, he has been a Director (Independent) of Rai Way S.p.A. Until 31 December 2018, he was a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and then, as currently, of the Remuneration and Appointment Committee.

Deputy Vice Chancellor at the Polytechnic University of Milan and Professor of Information Processing Systems in the Electronics, Information and Bioengineering Department. She earned a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She earned a Master in Business and Administration (CEGA) from Bocconi University's School of Business Administration. She was appointed IEEE Fellow for her scientific contribution in the “embedded systems design”. Since 2013, she has been a member of the Governing Board of the Bank of Italy and Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Milan subsidiary. Since 2018 she has a been a member of the Council of the Supervisory Board of the Human Technopole Foundation. She was President of the Council on Electronic Design Automation of IEEE (the world's largest professional organization in technology) from 2011 to 2013. She was named IBM Women Leaders in AI in 2021 and Inspiring Fifty Italy in 2018. She has been an independent member of the Board of Directors of AVIO S.p.A. since 2017 and of Fila S.p.A. since 2021.

Since 28 April 2017, she has been a Director (Independent) of Rai Way S.p.A. Until 31 December 2018, she was a member of the Remuneration and Appointment Committee and then, as currently, of the Control and Risk and Sustainabiliy Committee.

Graduated with honours in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan where from 1993 to 2003, she was a lecturer and researcher on Business Protection issues at Bocconi University and also at the SPACE centre of the same university. In 1997 Visiting Researcher at the Insurance & Risk Management Department of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is Adjunct Professor in the Accounting Department of Bocconi University and teaches “Business Auditing (Advanced Course)”, “Internal Audit, Risk and Business Compliance” and “Enterprise Risk Management” (from 2012). She is SDA Professor of Risk Management in the Administration, Control, Corporate Finance and Real Estate area of SDA Bocconi and Faculty member for the topics of Audit, Risk and Compliance in the Master in Corporate Finance and in the Executive Master in Finance. She is Co-director of the SDA Bocconi’s ERM Lab and lecturer for the executive SDA’s courses on internal control and risk management issues (dal 2012). Ms. Tagliavini has over thirty years’ experience in risk management consulting, having led specialist teams at: Marsh, where she headed Business Risk Advisory Unit of Marsh Italia Spa and she has been Advisory Board member of Marsh Risk Consulting at European level (1999-2007); Oliver Wyman, Senior Manager for Corporate Risk e Insurance EMEA (2007-2009); AON Spa, AON Global Risk Consulting’s director for Italy and Turkey (2099-2011). In DGPA & Co since 2011 she is head of the Risk Management division. She was Indipendent Director in Eurizon Capital SGR, Eurizon Capital SA, Eurizon Capital Real Asset and in Fideuram Asset Management SGR of Intesa San Paolo group. She also held the position of Indipendent Director in SAVE Group (Venice Airport), in the Amissima assurance group, in Be and DelClima. She was Statutory Auditor for Brembo Spa, OVS Spa and RCS Mediagroup Spa. She currently holds the position of Indipendent Director in Intesa SanPaolo - where she is also Chairwoman of the Control, Risks and Sustainability Committee and member of Related Parties Committee -, Saipem - in which she is also Chairwoman of the Control and Risks Committee, member of Related Parties Committee and member of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee - and Interpump Group, being in the latter also Chairwoman of the Control, Risks and Sustainability Committee and of the Related Parties Committee. She is also Chairwoman or member of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. An author of publications and speaker at conferences on the subject of risks, compliance and internal controls.

Since 28th april 2017 she’s Indipendent Director of Rai Way S.p.A. and Chairwoman of the Control, Risks and Sustainability Committee and of the Related Parties Committee.
