Maurizio Rastrello
CHAIRMAN
Born in Verona in 1955, he is Head of the Structure in charge of Sustainability Report of Rai. On 27 April 2022, he was appointed, by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rai Way S.p.A.
Aldo Mancino
CEO
Born in Livorno in 1964, since 2007 Mr. Mancino has been General Manager of Rai Way. In his mandates he also managed the transition from analogue to digital terrestrial television of Rai television network. Following the Shareholders' Meeting of 28 April 2017, the Board of Directors appointed him CEO of Rai Way S.p.A. while also confirming him in the role of General Manager.
